EdSource Report: Common Core Standards
EdSource, June 2010
This report examines the growing debate over Common Core State Standards and its potential impact on California. Findings include that California would face difficulty implementing the Common Core Standards, largely because they are vastly different from the state's current standards. Additionally, California would face additional difficulty in implementing new standards due to the cost of curriculum changes in the current fiscal climate.
