People vs. Selivanov, et al. : CCSA’s Amicus Curiae in Support of Motion to Set Aside Information [Filed on May 29, 2012] California Charter Schools Association's Amicus Curiae Brief filed in support of Eugene Selivanov’s Motion to Set Aside the Information Pursuant to California Penal Code § 995. CCSA argued, among other things, that the freedom from statutorily imposed district rules is essential to the education reform mission of California’s charter schools.
