On January 16, 2014, the State Board of Education adopted Emergency Regulations providing spending guidelines to ensure targeted funds are spent to increase or improve services for high need pupils, and also adopted a template for creation of a Local Control Accountability Plan, which is required for all charter schools starting July 1, 2014.
