Our School Accountability Report Cards will be available on our website on November 19, outlining new (2011-12) academic performance results for all public charter schools against CCSA's academic performance framework. The report cards will be available on our public website for all schools, and schools will have an opportunity to confirm demographic and testing data and submit corrections to us if they find errors. The period to correct information will be four weeks - by December 17 - or submit additional individual student level data for analysis.

As with last year, report cards for schools below CCSA criteria will NOT be publicly released on November 19, but will be contacted directly by staff to follow up on corrections and additional data submissions. Only after the corrections period is over, will CCSA release revised results for those schools, and issue the public list below criteria for schools in renewal. In mid-January, that list will be made public as part of our Public Call for Non-Renewal, and for purposes of supporting schools below criteria but not in active renewal to identify areas to strengthen their academic performance. For additional questions about this year's cycle of performance management results, please contact Elizabeth Robitaille or Chase Davenport.
