Charter Student Named to United States Senate Youth Program

State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Torlakson named a charter high school student to represent California in the 54th annual United States Senate Youth Program (USSYP).

Congratulations to Zena Meyer, a junior at Orange County School of the Arts in the Santa Ana Unified School District, for being selected for her outstanding scholastic achievement, leadership qualities, and dedication to her school and community.
