CCSA's Legal Defense Fund provides members with legal services for free or at a reduced rate.

  • Proposition 39 Request for Facilities: PRO BONO legal review of your initial application for a school district facility under Proposition 39 and responses to district correspondence.
  • Incorporation Services: Pro bono or reduced rate legal services to help members secure nonprofit status, draft bylaws and board resolutions and prepare federal and state income tax exemption application to obtain exempt 501(c)(3) status at a free or reduced rate.
  • Litigation Support: Funds available to provide financial support to CCSA members facing legal action, which is subject to application, fulfillment of program criteria and CCSA's determination of capacity. *
  • Facilities Financing: Facilities financing and technical assistance to help complete facilities acquisition or renovation projections through the California Charter Building Funding (CCBF)
