Charter Advantage is Now BuyQ

CCSA is embarking on a new chapter of our Charter Advantage program. We have combined Charter Advantage with our national group purchasing partner, BuyQ, in order to better support your operational needs.

BuyQ is the only group purchasing organization devoted specifically to charter schools, delivering significant savings and other benefits based on the combined buying power of 5,000+ charter schools nationwide. CCSA has partnered with BuyQ since 2012 to provide our members access to nationally negotiated contracts, including contracts with Staples Business Advantage, CDW-G, S&S Worldwide, Grainger and Classroom Library Company, that you likely already know and use.

The Charter Advantage name is going away, but your purchasing power is stronger than ever with BuyQ.

In March 2017, CCSA transitioned Charter Advantage to BuyQ because we believe BuyQ is better positioned to support our members' group purchasing needs. As a direct result of this transition, discounts and other benefits have been enhanced across the program, providing more value to schools than ever before.

As part of your CCSA membership, you are automatically enrolled in BuyQ and can continue to purchase through the program's pre-negotiated, U.S. Department of Education EDGAR-compliant contracts without interruption. But, please register with BuyQ to ensure a seamless transition, or if you are new to the program.

More About Your BuyQ Benefits

All BuyQ vendors are selected through an open, competitive RFP process to provide charter schools the greatest value available on the national market and the lowest total cost of ownership without sacrificing quality and service. CCSA member schools can take advantage of discounts of up to 85% off retail and other benefits, like free, next day shipping and extended payment terms, unavailable to schools buying on their own. To access your benefits, simply ask to purchase through the BuyQ contract when working with BuyQ-awarded vendors or follow the contract affiliation instructions on BuyQ's website.
