Overview of Responsibilities:
As a Youth Organizer you will have direct contact with your community to organize students and build teams throughout the greater Oakland area. This includes informing students and communities about charter school advocacy, policy, and legislative priorities that may affect school choice. Most importantly, you will be building power for the charter school movement. All youth organizers will be hired as part-time employees by the California Charter Schools Association and will also work on the behalf of our tandem 501(c)4 organization CCSA Advocates.
