SACRAMENTO, CA – Today, California Charter Schools Association President and CEO Myrna Castrejón issued the following statement regarding Governor Gavin Newsom’s appointment of Secretary of State Alex Padilla to fill the U.S Senate seat vacated by Vice President-elect Kamala Harris:
