Robert Crayton

Robert Crayton is CCSA’s Associate Director in Santa Clara County. Robert has deep roots in San Jose and in the Bay Area along with a broad range of experience, knowledge, and has demonstrated that he is a genuine collaborator, thought partner, and an equity minded leader. These traits and experiences allow him to contribute to our member focus priorities in a meaningful way.  He holds a B.A. in Business and Sociology from San Jose State University.  Prior to CCSA he founded Jobski, where he focused on the platform and business development, as well as helped fellow revenue professionals with technology advice. He is community minded, detail oriented, and a firm believer in the power of education to improve the life chances of our students.  As the Associate Director in Santa Clara, Robert focuses on building relationships with the individuals leading charter schools in the region and develop comprehensive strategies to ensure schools are renewed and have access to the resources they need to be successful.
