Cynthia G. Varona

Cynthia leads our People & Culture team. As Vice President, she is committed to being reliably impartial, collaboratively innovative, and strategically results-oriented, ensuring the delivery of exceptional programs and processes that add value to both the organization and its employees.

She has over 15 years of experience working in the education sector and over ten years in a Human Resources and organization health capacity. Cynthia earned a Masters in Public Administration from Cal Poly Pomona and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Organizational Psychology. She is Professional Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-SCP certified. Additionally, she has a Diversity and Inclusion for HR certificate from Cornell University. She is a California native but enjoys traveling the world and capturing her experiences through photography.
