Olivia Navejas

Olivia is CCSA’s Director, Data Analysis and Visualization and part of the School Performance, Accountability and Research team. The Director leads the exploration, interpretation, and visualization of diverse datasets to inform our stakeholders as well as CCSA’s programmatic, legislative, and advocacy efforts. Prior to joining CCSA, she worked in higher education at California State University, Dominguez hills where she helped make data accessible across the institution to better inform decisions, support grants, boost funding, and provide insights for initiatives. Olivia earned a Master’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles and Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from California State University, Bakersfield. Her research interests include the exploration of gender and multicultural experiences in education. A California native who spent a few cold years living in Boston, Olivia enjoys spending time with her two pups and partner exploring new walking paths.
