Arthur Congo

Arthur Congo is the Associate Director that co-leads the advocacy work for our members in San Diego County. Arthur has experience in Charter School governance and development which pairs with several years of electoral and policy advocacy work. Arthur graduated from Saint Louis University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy. His time in St. Louis ignited his passion and desire to see greater equity in education and empower underserved communities. Arthur loves to host dinner parties, golf, and play video games with friends.
