More than 70 Charter Public Schools in Los Angeles and Pasadena Forced to Close Due to Raging Wildfires

CCSA is offering support and resources to school communities affected

LOS ANGELES, CA – As fires devastate portions of Southern California and conditions continue to change rapidly, the California Charter Schools Association is providing a list of more than 70 charter public schools that have closed in the Los Angeles and Pasadena areas so families, staff, and community members are aware and stay safe.

CCSA continues to monitor the situation and stands ready should any specific school community need immediate assistance. Currently, CCSA is working to ensure there is coordination between the affected charter public schools and local agencies providing services.

Below are charter public school that are now closed. The list will be updated and redistributed should more charter campuses close:
