Bianca Trujillo-Morales

Bianca Trujillo-Morales is our Manager, People Experience and part of the People and Culture Team. She supports our recruiting, onboarding, and HR operation efforts, while fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and equitable organizational culture.

Bianca is a human resources professional with over six years of experience across higher education and corporate environments, where she has served in both HR Generalist and HR Manager roles. With a background in organizational psychology, she enjoys supporting positive workplace cultures, improving HR processes, and contributing to recruitment and strategic HR initiatives that benefit both employees and organizations. Bianca holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management.

Outside of work, Bianca enjoys spending time with her husband, toddler, and family. She loves discovering new places and foods, spending time outdoors, attending live music events, and listening to personal development books and podcasts.
