As Senior Director, Operations, Data, & IT, Erica works closely with the Deputy CFO to manage internal operations by ensuring staff and offices are running smoothly. She manages our internal help desk, related vendors, systems processes and oversees a significant part of our new employee onboarding process. Before joining CCSA, Erica completed her BS in Business Administration at Cal State Los Angeles. When not at work, Erica likes spending time with her family and learning how to cook.
