Jacqueline Luna Reynoso brings over 20 years of executive leadership in public policy, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement to her role as Chief Member Engagement and Advocacy Officer at the California Charter Schools Association (CCSA). A dual citizen of Mexico and the United States, she is a bilingual, binational leader dedicated to advancing educational equity and strengthening the charter school movement. Jacqueline holds a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC Berkeley.

Her career spans the public, nonprofit, and private sectors with expertise in community development and strategic planning. She previously directed programs in infrastructure, education, and policy at Cordoba Corporation, served as Director of Economic Development in municipal government, and led the National City Chamber of Commerce as President & CEO for more than a decade, transforming it into a hub for regional economic and educational equity. Her community service includes board roles with Learn4Life, California Latinas Lead, and Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest.
