Reginea Jackson is CCSA’s Associate Director leading advocacy efforts in the Inland Empire. Reginea is an invaluable member of the SoCal advocacy team as we work toward supporting our members, enhancing educational opportunities, and building brighter futures for students and families.
Prior to joining CCSA, Reginea was the Trainings Manager at the California School Boards Association, where she led statewide initiatives supporting school board members with governance, policy, and advocacy training. She also brings experience in child welfare and the nonprofit sector, advancing equity efforts and supporting vulnerable families and communities.
A proud Inland Empire native, Reginea holds a B.S. in Human Development from UC Davis. Her passion lies in the legislative and policy-making process, with a focus on research and advocacy for underserved populations. Her long-term goal is to transform family- and child-serving systems by infusing them with empathy, compassion, and human-centered policy.
Outside of work, Reginea serves on the board of Lighthouse of Hope Foundation, Riverside. She enjoys hiking, beach days, live music, reading, and spending time in community.
